Effective date: August 17, 2026

These terms apply to use of the Ally Techs website. Paid services are governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract. If project documents conflict with this page, the signed project documents control for that engagement.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business enquiries and information. You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, impersonate others, or use its content unlawfully.

Information and proposals

Website content is general information and not a binding offer. Estimates, availability, schedules, deliverables, assumptions, and prices become binding only when confirmed in signed project documents.

Service scope and changes

Each project defines included deliverables, exclusions, platforms, milestones, review rounds, acceptance criteria, and dependencies. Requests outside scope require written approval and may change cost and timing.

Fees and payment

Deposits, milestones, retainers, currencies, taxes, expenses, due dates, and late-payment consequences are specified in the proposal. Ally Techs may pause work or withhold delivery where invoices remain overdue, subject to the contract.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access, accurate content, approvals, licenses, legal policies, third-party accounts, and an authorized contact. Clients are responsible for the legality and accuracy of supplied materials and business practices.

Timelines, review, and acceptance

Schedules depend on feedback, approvals, content, access, vendor responses, and other dependencies. Deliverables should be reviewed within the agreed period with consolidated feedback. In-scope defects are handled according to the applicable acceptance and warranty terms.

Third-party products

Domains, hosting, themes, plugins, apps, APIs, payment processors, shipping providers, and other third-party products have separate charges and terms. Ally Techs does not control their uptime, security, policy changes, compatibility, or continued availability.

Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables, source files, licensed assets, pre-existing code, reusable tools, and open-source components is defined in project documents. Unless agreed otherwise, transfer of agreed deliverables occurs after full payment. Ally Techs trademarks and website content remain protected.

Confidentiality and data

Confidential information and personal data are handled according to applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy. Projects involving regulated or sensitive data may require a separate security or data-processing agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

We commit to agreed deliverables and professional care, but do not guarantee search rankings, sales, revenue, conversion rates, platform approval, or results dependent on customers, markets, algorithms, vendors, or client actions.

Warranties and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Project warranties, remedies, liability limits, and exclusions are defined in the signed agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension, cancellation, and termination

Pause, cancellation, completed-work payment, deposits, refunds, handover, and termination rights follow the signed agreement. We may restrict website access for unlawful, abusive, or security-threatening activity.

Governing terms and updates

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. We may update this page prospectively by changing the effective date.
